What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?
I think that the user has the right to create, explore, and discuss, using the tools provided by the digital world. It is the user's right to have and express a opinion.

What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
A user needs to be held to the responsibility of communicating in ways that are constructive, true, and do not do harm to others. There needs to be guidelines in what can be published as fact and how information can be accessed and shared. Such a weakness of communicating via popular social media platforms (that are likely frequented by our children and students) is that seemingly anything can be said, in any way, and then be claimed (and shared) as truth. This is so dangerous, so there needs to be a fine balance between inappropriate censorship and being held accountable to factual information (when claiming to be fact, that is).
