Many students think the Internet and other digital places in an anonymous way to say anything. They need to understand that erasing something digitally doesn't mean it hasn't already been copied and re-posted a hundred times. They should treat those digital thoughts as the same thing as a face to face interchange with someone. Nothing is truly anonymous. If you wouldn't say something in person - you shouldn't say something digitally. You have the right to free speech -- just be prepared for the responsibility of saying it.
