I think for rights, we need to realize that freedom of speech is not a freedom to harm and put down others. Respect for other people and their views is so important. The right to express beliefs is important to teach, but so is considering the rights of others. So many times I see posts that focus on putting down others for their race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, etc, and this needs to be taught to kids that this is too much. I also think the privacy of others is a right that can't be violated.
For responsibilities, a lot of the same as I posted above comes to mind. I also think kids need to be reminded that they are creating a digital record of themselves, so be mindful to posts as they can come back to haunt you later. I have seen this many times with athletes and politicians. One poor post can have a huge impact down the road
