There are many parallels w the First Amendment. U.S. citizens have a privilege of free speech and press but there are ongoing responsibilities one is expected to adhere to. Just because it is "legal" to do or say something does not mean it is ethical. So it is important for students to understand what "ethical" behavior is re: internet use.
