Rights in the digital world

Nowadays we need to be careful when it comes to allowing students rights on the internet.  The way it is right now students can run free on the internet.  The problem is that they are always willing to push it to the max because they really have no fear when it comes to exploring and the adults that are in charge are often times lacking in their abilities when it comes to technology.  The other factor that hinders the ability to monitor students activities with technologies is that it changes quickly or adapts to get around safety measures that are put in place to monitor their behavior.
