Rights that should be the norm in & Responsibilities in digital world

I think the rights that should be part of our norms in the digital world are pretty basic.  You should have the right to privacy and with that the right to have your identity protected.  We should expect to have the right to the credit for the work that we do even if it is posted in the digital world.  Freedom of expression should be a right that you have all the time, including in the digital world.  Part of that freedom of expression should be that you don't have to be worried about being bullied online because of what you say.  Finally, you should have the right to digital access.  Responsibilities in the digital world are also pretty basic.  You should follow the laws and make sure you are downloading music and videos legally. You should give credit to others if you use their works in your research and papers.  You should keep your information and data safe from hackers, including other people's information that was given to your care.  You should not pretend to be someone else in the digital world.  You should not bully or harass others.  You should not send inappropriate messages or pictures, including forwarding such things.  Finally, you should report illegal activities in the digital world and bullying.
