Rules and Resposibilites

Users should have the freedom of speech that is a right to all citizens, however, they should use that right responsibly, not encouraging others to use violence. They should be mindful to the audience they are posting to, if it is children who are more susceptible, I think we have an additional responsibility in what we encourage others to do.
