I copied and pasted my lesson plan. I could not find the more to be able to down load my document. I also couldn't get the picture to copy onto the forum. I have included a link to see the picture.

Objectives/Outcomes:Students will look at the picture and decide what is going on in the picture. What do we see and what is happening?
Art Standard Addressed-Subject Integration:
Vocabulary:Culture, melt, climate, temperature, terrain.
Materials /Resources Needed: Picture, Idea graphic organizer, pencil
Technology Used:laptop
Lesson Procedures: Have the students look at the picture and discuss what they see and what they think is going on in the picture.
Step 1: Look at the picture as a whole group and discuss it. No wrong answer. Get the students talking. Grading on participation.
Step 2: Have the students use the graphic organizer to writing down their thoughts of the picture and to write a rough draft of the paragraph about what they see in the picture. .
Step 3 Students will write a paragraph about the picture. The paragraph must be at least 5 complete sentences with correct punctuation and grammar.
Assessment/Evaluation: Assessment from observation of participation. Formal assessment from the students writing assignment.
