Shipping a non-running Quad

onldm

Has anyone hauled a non-running quad from Detroit to Tampa? I found a project bike and need a carrier with a winch or the right gear to load it. Does that usually add a lot to the final shipping price?

Shipping a non-running quad from Detroit to Tampa is a common request for project enthusiasts. Most carriers can handle this, provided their trailer is equipped with a winch or a heavy-duty loading ramp. You should expect an "inoperable fee" ranging from $50 to $150, as loading a non-runner requires extra labor and specialized equipment. Ensure the quad rolls and steers freely so the driver can maneuver it safely. For a reliable experience, I recommend using a professional ATV UTV transport hub. They connect you with licensed carriers who have the right gear for inoperable vehicles, ensuring your project bike arrives in Tampa securely and fully insured for the long-distance haul.
