Social Media-Facebook

Kris
Even before completing this activity I was uncomfortable with friends and acquaintances commenting on what they had viewed on my children's Facebook accounts. Comments about how cute my grandchildren are and the vacations that they have been on make me feel uneasy as I view this information as private.  It makes me wonder how many people out there have viewed the pictures and information that my children share and perhaps even have shared the information with their Facebook friends without my children knowing it. Hopefully they are social media smart and have used privacy settings before they share this type of information. If you can't tell, I'm a little hesitant to create a Facebook account of my own.

Kris,  It is a little unsettling when you are not 100% of who is seeing pictures or posts or even if you do know, you don't know if they are sharing them with others.  Funny how we are skeptical, but kids (and adults) often don't even give it a second thought or understand the possible consequences.
