I have used academic and government resources mainly for sources as I taught Agriculture. So I would look at as an example, Iowa State University extension sites or the different departments. Also used the usda.gov site which can take you to numerous other areas within the department. Since I no longer teach but am a substitute, I would use what the teacher has given for lesson plans, or make suggestions to the students based on the topic and class I am subbing in.
