Sub using email!

As a guest teacher do not have access to students or other teachers in the Schools email or Google Classroom.
  However, as a theatre professional, I do keep in contact with drama teachers through email.  Consulting on different projects.  
  The schools ask a sub to comment on the days activities.  Maybe can be done through email (template) to save on paper.  Either the school IT setup or teacher leaves his/her email address.
