Time when digital media was not used appropriately

There was a time, back in the dark ages, when myspace and Facebook were just starting up. My son and his best friend got into a fight. Rather than deal with the face that they liked the same girl, my son's friend put a post on both places about my son having a sexually transmitted disease. This was definitely not appropriate use of media. It was taken to the principal. The two boys had to talk and the post was removed, but my son hear about it for many months following the incident. The boys were also no longer friends.
