I looked at Instagram and if a page is a band or famous person they have a check mark and a blue circle around it to show it is a verified account. I have read a few stories of older people believing they are talking to a famous person and sending them a lot of money. I also looked at Facebook and can tell they have changed a lot of the years. Being able to set to see who can look at a friends list and to set how far back someone can see your information.
