Tony Kirby Norms and responsibilities

After reading some of the other postings I feel that user privacy and personal information should be a big part of the norms of DC. I also feel that misguided information is a big problem right now. Each year I spend more time with my students showing them how to use the internet and avoid clicking on random pop ups and how to find a credible source for a research topic.
