I recall a time when my daughter's friends were making what they considered to be "sexy" TikTok music videos and sharing them. I told my daughter that 12 year olds (or anyone) should not be making these kinds of videos and sharing them to the whole world. I told her that the main viewers of these videos were usually older men who were looking to meet young girls and that was truly scary. I think my daughter understood why sharing videos of girls her age lip-syncing could lead to her being stalked by a pedophile. It is just sad truth that young boys and girls are susceptible to the messages of older men pretending to be teenagers.
