U4GM Guide FH6 Horizon Rush Event

Blustery
A small daily task can turn into a proper headache when the map doesn't tell you what it means. The Horizon Rush objective in Forza Horizon 6 is one of those cases. It asks you to complete a Horizon Rush event, gives you 5,000 credits and a Festival Playlist point, then leaves you to guess which race counts. If you're trying to save time, build your garage, or pick up extra Forza Horizon 6 Credits along the way, it's worth knowing the difference before you drive halfway across Japan for the wrong event.

What Actually Counts

The key detail is the star rating. Horizon Rush events are the bracelet activities that award one, two, or three stars when you finish them. If a bracelet race doesn't show that star system, it's probably a showcase or demonstration-style event, and it won't move the daily challenge forward. That's where a lot of players get caught out. The icon may look close enough on the map, but the game treats the event type differently once you start it.

Why the Map Feels Unhelpful

The world map doesn't always spell out the full event category from a distance. You can filter for bracelet races, sure, but that still doesn't guarantee you've found the right one. Often, you need to drive to the start point before the game gives you the clearer event information. It's a bit clumsy, and it makes a simple playlist point feel more awkward than it should. Once you know to look for the star-based score, though, the whole thing becomes much less painful.

Good Events to Try First

There are a few Horizon Rush events that players have been using without much trouble. Pier Pressure, marked with a yellow bracelet near Tokyo, is a handy pick if you've opened that part of the map. Off Piste, shown with a blue bracelet in Sotoyama, is another solid choice and doesn't take much explaining once you're there. Launch Control in the Nangan area, tied to an orange bracelet, also works. You don't need a three-star run for any of these. One star is enough, so don't restart over a messy corner unless you really want the better score.

If the Event Isn't Showing Up

If you can't see Pier Pressure, Off Piste, Launch Control, or anything similar, don't panic. It usually means you haven't pushed far enough through the festival progression yet. Keep doing available races, earn more unlocks, and open up new bracelet activities as they appear. The game gradually feeds you more event types, so Horizon Rush options may simply be sitting behind a bit more driving. It isn't ideal when a daily timer is ticking, but normal progression should get you there.

Final Thoughts

The safest way to clear the challenge is to ignore plain bracelet races and aim for the ones with one-to-three-star scoring. Finish the event, grab at least one star, and the playlist task should complete. There's no need to over-tune a car or chase a perfect attempt unless you're doing it for fun. Use a nearby qualifying race, keep the run clean, and move on to the next seasonal reward. If you're also trying to fill out your garage faster, picking up cheap Forza Horizon 6 Credits can help with upgrades and car purchases while you work through the Winter playlist.
