User Rights and Responsibilities

People/students should be aware of the responsibilities that come with free speech.  Free speech is important and allows us to talk about many things, however that does not mean that we have the right to harass or threaten other individuals.  We should be having open conversations where we try to understand all point of views and gather as much information as possible.
