User Rights and Responsibilities

It is our right to express freedom of speech. It is also our right to privacy. It is our responsibility to express those things respectfully and responsibly. When we are expressing freedom of speech, we must do so in a way that isn't harmful to others. On the same note if someone expresses themselves and it offends us it is our responsibility to act with grace and keep composure. It's easy to react online because it's over a screen. So, it is our responsibility to stop think and choose before we engage. When it comes to privacy it is our responsibility to keep other people's privacy in mind. It is not for us to share other people's information. We need to be protective of our own information as well. Teaching individuals to be safe with what they put on the internet is important.
