User Rights and Responsibilities

It was interesting doing a search of rights and responsibilities on this forum.  While every post highlighted the basic rights of digital use; privacy, free speech, free movement, accessibility, the ability to clarity responsibility was much less addressed.  One discussion highlighted the need to have online expectations similar to having classroom expectations.  The idea that they are not the same expectations is interesting.  User responsibility should include maintaining other's privacy, keeping my information safe, and obeying the law.  These areas if taught well should protect our children as they handle the digital world.
