User rights and responsibilities

The digital world has truly become an extension of our "real world" -- business is done digitally, communication is electronic, etc.  With that being said, rules and responsibilities that are expected/established in the "real world" should be expected/established in the digital world.  In addition, and more specifically to the youth, I feel it is imperative they realize or know the implications of what they may post on the Internet... once it's sent it's out there.
