Users have the right to participate in the digital world, such as posting their own opinion, reading others' postings, researching information, using resources, etc., for academic goals, work-related, and personal life. Then, people can look for new information, develop their skills, connect with the world, and enjoy private time through digital resources.
In actual life, people have rights and obligations. Therefore, the users should know the rights in the digital world and the responsibilities of using digital resources. Furthermore, the users (in my case, high school students) should know the aspects of illegal usage, net manners, and other careful elements of the digital world.
