Lately, I noticed a lot of students using snapchat. They will take pictures of people and share them with their friends to make fun of these people. The people in the pictures usually don't even know that their picture is being taken. When they find out that people are talking about a picture they have seen of them and laughing about or making fun of them, it can be very embarrassing and they can feel very upset, sad, angry, etc. In snapchat, pictures can disappear after a certain amount of time so the process can be very quick but leave a lasting impression. I have noticed many inappropriate uses of digital media including many of the things others have posted here, but that is one that really sticks out lately.
