I plan on Creating a label called Football. I will then filter all of my emails, pertaining to football, to go to this label. I will use contacts to enter in the contact information of not only the coaches, but the players too. While I realize that I will have to delete some of the contacts each year, I still feel that this would be an awesome way to email them using 1 email, instead of emailing each of them individually.
I also plan on creating groups, for each of my classrooms, to save student work that I have them email me.
