Using Gmail in the Classroom

hthomas
I have learned a lot about Gmail, and I am excited to put my knowledge to use!  First of all, I like the ability to group contacts.  I just created a group for the elementary teachers at my school, and I am planning to create a group for my students this upcoming school year.  Second, I like the idea of having the calendar displayed when Gmail is up.  Though it seems that Labs is not actually around any more, I learned from my own searching that some of the options listed in Labs are actually now imbedded within Gmail.  Lastly, I learned about adding labels to emails, and I think those - along with the filtering option - will help me clear the clutter in my inbox.  I have already started labeling and filtering messages, and I am planning to add more filters later.

This upcoming school year, I intend to form a club for my kids. Secondly, I appreciate that the calendar is visible whenever Gmail is open.  My favorite tool that I used extensively this school year was Google Chat since it allowed my students and I to have instantaneous conversations skibidi toilet, rather than sending and receiving emails back and forth.

One interesting fact about the game Drive Mad is that it not only focuses on driving but also challenges players' problem-solving skills through unique levels with various obstacles. Each level requires players to cleverly maneuver their vehicles to overcome challenges, from jumping over deep pits to avoiding unexpected obstacles. This makes drive mad more engaging and fun, going beyond just driving!
