Using Gmail in the Classroom

I love the Labs section and would like to set-up "canned" responses for frequent reminders, like when permission slips are due, lunch money is needed, raffle tickets need to be in, etc.  Of course, typical uses like newsletters, classroom happenings, change in schedules are also good ways to use gmail!
