Using Gmail in the classroom

Hi,

Although I do not have a classroom, I would think educators could use Gmail as a good method of the following:

1.) Having students turn in assignments.

2.) Being able to reach out to students and discuss issues on a personal basis.

3.) Allowing students to be able to collaborate with each other thru email.
