Gmail is certainly a robust application. The information presented is like pay dirt. I need to sift through it to get to the gold. I'm old enough to have watched the evolution of software over the past decade and has been a most impressive journey. Gmail appears to be an excellent application for organizing storing and responding to incoming information. I think that one of the real powers of good instructional software is it's ability to clarify and give direction to the learner. It would appear Gmail has this capacity.
