Having used Gmail exclusively for almost 10 years, Gmail has many features that I love using to make my life easier. For example, I use labels to find professional development emails in the future that I need to reference. I also use labels to identify student, parent and positive recognition emails that I’ve received. Creating an email group for other job-alike teachers in my district will be helpful when communicating with each other. This will save time (and energy) trying to type in each teacher’s email address. I need to set up more email addresses that can be directly sent to the spam folder to help eliminate emails that I need to sort through. I’m also excited to start using the Labs feature to help with translation needs!
