Using Gmail

Gmail is a great resource to use to organize my busy lifestyle as a teacher and coach. I use Gmail daily during the school year to contact teachers about students and send information to our study hall monitor about assignments students could be working on while in her class. I will also use Gmail to contact parents with information about their child or items they will be needing in future classes. I use Gmail to send out practice plans to my coaches to help prepare them for practice. However, in the past I just typed every name in to the address bar. I now know how to create groups and plan to use this feature to speed up the process in the future. I also like the idea of the to-do lists when students are working on class projects and have items they must complete so they can check them off when they complete part of the assignment.
