As an older teacher, I am more than a little tentative with technology (shocking; I know), but with this course, I have already learned new ways I can use Gmail in my classroom. My biggest "WOW" is Gmail Labs! I have students that just moved here from another country and speak NO English. I have used Google translator, but we have to be sitting next to each other. Now I can communicate to them at any time during the day! Excited to try this out Monday morning!
