I've added labels to emails that I'd like to refer back to, but don't require immediate attention, or have information I'd like to archive to use at later date without having my inbox full. I've also created a groups of teachers by grade level. I teach k-6 music and often communicate with grade levels during the week before concerts to coordinate dress rehearsals. The group piece will stream-line that process for me.
