I work with teachers from several school districts and I use Gmail daily. During this first section of PD, I learned how to access my calendar while composing messages. I will use this feature for scheduling meetings with colleagues and teachers.
I could not find "canned responses" but I was able to find and turn on smart compose and personalized smart compose and am looking forward to using this feature to streamline my email responses.
After some searching, I finally found the my contacts in email. It was not in the place mentioned on the video and has likely been updated since the video was created. Anyway, I edited several of my contacts by combining duplicates, deleting old contacts, and creating an email group.
