As a substitute teacher, I don't have any of the opportunities to have access to the school gmail. I have shared my gmail with some of the teachers I regularly sub. for so they can communicate with me regarding assignments for the students as well as the lesson plans for the day/days I am in their classroom. I have found this an easy way to keep the lines open with the teachers.
