Communication is very important in anything we do. Learning how to draft an email with correct punctuation, grammar, and effectively communicating with the person you are emailing is essential these days. It may be the first impression someone has of you.
Also, I would use Gmail and create groups to help with coaching as well as my personal contacts. Being organized will help with effective communication in the classroom and out.
