I currently teach abroad where most of our students and parents are English language learners. This fall I'll be starting at a new school which uses the Google platform, so using the translation lab will be a huge help when communicating with families. I will also set up a group to easily communicate with families, and plan to use student emails to be pen pals with friends and former colleagues here in the States.
