Using Gmail

I use Gmail for all my communications with students and parents that are not done face to face. From this module, I will now use groups and labels to more efficiently communicate. My biggest take away from this module is creating a group for approved parent emails. Our school has recently emphasized student privacy and to only communicate about students to authorized parents and guardians. By creating a group for authorized emails, I can quickly identify who I am allowed to share student personal information over email.
