Using Google email in the classroom as a substitute

As of now, I am a substitute, so I don't have access to Google classroom, however, I can still use this tool to communicate with teachers and administrators that I have worked with in the past.  I now can set-up labels based on the school and the contact person. I can also integrate the calendar as a pop-up options when trying to plans days that I will be available to work or days that the particular school is looking to fill a slot.
