Using Google for coaching by creating groups in Contacts

Kayla Kline (maiden name Ellis)
I am a substitute teacher, and I wouldn't exactly use Google in the classroom, but I do have multiple jobs that sometimes intertwine, which could easily be used the same way for coaches.

First, emails can get overwhelming, so I would use Labels and Filters to automatically sort my emails as they come in.

Second, for each sport/business where I want to send out an email to all of the parents/clients, I would create groups for those. For example, personally I would create the following groups in my contacts:
1. Zumba
2. Fit Camp
3. Nutrition
Which similarly, if you coach multiple sports it could look like, 1. Basketball, 2. Baseball, 3. Soccer. This would save me time from either entering in every single email address every time, OR what I had been doing was looking for a previous mass email I've sent, then hit reply all, as I go and change the subject and delete all of the previous message (which, I am glad to not have to do anymore).

Plus, sometimes there are things that I can send out to ALL of my groups at once, for example, if I am going to be out of town/sick, or just whatever might apply to all of them, and this could easily be done by adding the 3 groups of contacts vs. the hundreds of emails to each one.

These groups would be great for quickly being able to: send out reminders, send out short notices, and save contacts for next year when students might want to sign up again. Overall, using groups in Contacts will help me feel like I am on top of each different group/sport/business I am responsible for, and it will save me time overall.

That is a great way to use google for subs and coaching. Now days the world just keeps moving, life is busy and many of us have different "hats" to wear throughout the days.

Whether someone is using social media, gaming platforms, streaming channels, or online forums, their username becomes the first thing people notice. A creative and funny username can make a strong impression instantly. It shows personality without needing long explanations. FunnyNamesLab provides thousands of username ideas that fit many different styles of Funny Blooket Names. Some names sound sarcastic and clever. Others sound playful and innocent. Some are completely ridiculous in the best possible way.
