Using Google more.

I really like the information that this self paced program has. I feel like there is a lot of features besides just using it as email. Teaching high school I can see that I should use the group email for students and their parents more, send out reminders and for those students that missed class send them their make up work. Also to notify parents of assignments missing. I like the calendar feature also. It is nice to see what I need to do without leaving my computer.

Getting reminders when assignments are missed or incomplete would be very helpful from an instructor. There are many aspects of Google mail that need to be used daily in education.  I too am happy that I am learning all these resources from one page that I click on daily to communicate with my colleagues.
