As a guest teacher, the school system I work for does not allow me to use their network. Many of us have requested to be added but the administrator refused for lame excuses.
As a guest teacher in the classroom I am not able to view emergency messages sent by the school system. I feel as though I am at a disadvantage during a crisis or ALICE because I am unaware of the immediate directions necessary to maintain safety and protect my students.
I do have several teacher's addresses so I can email them to get details for the days I will be in their classroom. I am looking forward to learning how use the calendar to better synchronize family social events.
