I am expecting that many of students are going to miss a substantial amount of school this year due to covid. I have used gmail for years but there were a couple ideas that I think will be helpful that I haven't used before.
Setting up contact groups will allow me to email whole classes at a time and save a lot of effort.
Using labels will keep key conversations organized and will involve less digging for old messages.
Utilizing hangouts, will allow students more access to communicate with me directly in a timely fashion.
