Utilizing the many uses of Gmail

I've been an avid user of Gmail since our school switched to it. I now use it for both home and work.  The thing that I've learned that I will utilize more often is the Labels feature. I like how it has the labels visible on the email in the Inbox. That makes it easy to search for a specific label when I'm in a hurry, which I usually am.

Currently, I have a single class-wide email that all students can access.  My colleague is utilizing Google Classroom and all the students will be getting their own e-mail addresses.  Learning how to create a group contact list will come in handy when sending out messages.  I will use emails to send out links to video tutorials or for specific videos I'd like them to watch for research purposes.  I will also use email to send out links to websites that I would like them to visit.
