Gmail has proven to be quite useful and I especially like organizing email by either theme or sender such as meetings, AEA, district news, business, parents, students, and particular administrators or staff. More "important" persons or subjects receive their own label/file. Others, I sometimes group together. Gmail also has worked well for special reminders to parents, such as for children to wear snowboots because the class would be going outside in wintertime (bird watching).
