Having made up a list of wants vs. needs, I really began to question that sometimes I see wants as needs.
Examples are spending money on entertainment to get out and feel better and having a cell phone, which is truly not absolutely necessary.
This brought me to goal setting to determine where money was going to be saved from for my long and short term goals.
When you write it out, it is much clearer and alleviates some of the anxiety.
