For most people new to HR or L&D, the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate is the first step. The good news is that the entry requirements for CIPD Level 3 are rather flexible. While there are no official admission criteria for a Level 3 CIPD Foundation course, there are a few things that you will need to apply.
You must be 16 years+
You need to have good reading and numeracy skills
You will be expected to display a high proficiency in the spoken and written English language
