What do you fell about "Inappropriate Use Digital Media"?

I am susceptible to the regal and illegal usage of digital resources, even if it’s for personal use, so, fortunately, I didn’t face this type of issue. However, I sometimes recognize that some of my friends violated it without their recognition. It makes me so irritated, and I feel so uncomfortable to see and read. I asked some of my friends who accidentally misused digital media about the training about digital citizenship if they received it or not. They said they never received it during academic eras, such as high school or college. Therefore, digital citizenship training is essential to prevent misconduct.
