What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?  I think user's should have the right of privacy. Personal information should not be used without the knowledge and consent of the user. Information such as phone numbers, address, etc. should not be used without the user fully understanding who will have access to it and for what purpose. Tracking a person's location or purchases should not be allowed. We should have the right to truthful information on all social platforms. We can't yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater, but people are allowed to post lies on social media everyday without fear of breaking any laws. We should expect the same laws regarding freedom of speech in the digital world that we do in the non-digital world. JoAnn Steffen
