What user rights should be part of the norms in the digital world?

I believe that all digital users should have the right to privacy. Posts, pictures, etc. that are put on a personal website should remain private for the user. I also believe that people have the right to have their personal information safe and private online. So much of the business we conduct now is online, which means much of our personal information (address, phone number, bank information, etc.) is online. We have the right to have this information be private and safe from others accessing this information.
