Lately I’ve been seeing more players talk about GDPS (private servers) alongside the official Geometry Dash version, especially when it comes to creativity and experimenting with levels.
From what I’ve noticed, a lot of creators seem to use these servers to test ideas, try new designs, and explore custom content without many restrictions. I checked out one setup (RGDPS) out of curiosity, and it looks like people are using it more as a creative playground rather than a replacement for the main game.
I found a simple explanation here that helped me understand it better:
rgdps apkWhat I find interesting is how it opens up more possibilities for level design and customization, especially for players who like building unique stages.
So I’m curious:
Do you use GDPS mainly for creativity or regular gameplay?
Has it helped you improve your level design skills?
Do you think it adds something valuable to the overall Geometry Dash experience?
Would love to hear how others are using it.
